Since 2006, Ely Greenstone has held a Juried Art Exhibit in July. The event kicks off the weekend prior to the Blueberry Arts Festival with A Taste of Ely Gala Reception on Saturday evening at the historic Miners Dry building in the Pioneer Mine Complex and includes an auction and art sale.
The Gala is THE social event of the summer in Ely with art lovers turning out to view and purchase art, drink wine and try the delectable tastings brought by local restaurants. The Gala is a paid event, but the exhibit is open to the public for three days following at no cost.
